ASPE started its first Pakistan Higher Education Scholarship Project, from year 2012. In this project, ASPE is granting scholarships to University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) undergraduate students on merit-cum-means basis. Five scholarships are granted each year to the newly admitted students.

 The scholarships are grated for full duration of degree subject to satisfactory performance.

 Two tier rigorous selection criteria is applied to ascertain that right candidates are picked for the awards. At first stage UAF invites the scholarship applications on prescribed forms and performs its own shortlisting and conducts the interview. At the second stage, UAF sends out 3 shorlisted applications aganist each scholarship to ASPE. ASPE then applies its own criteria for final selection.
