ASPE started assisting trade education students from year 2014-2015. In first batch, ASPE granted 10 scholarships to students in Government College of Technology, Lahore. In 2016-2017, the number of scholarships remained as 10.

 From 2017-2018 the target number scholarships is 20, and in 2018-2019, the target number of scholarships is 30 in trade category. ASPE is currently exploring opportunities to expand trade scholarships to other locations. One of the location currently under consideration is South Punjab area.
